water in the pipes
the televisions on

there goes the yodelling
cat calling for his
memory
his family

its all a newness to him
foreign
just damned foreign

time to shut down for the
night
take my diet pepsi and pills

last day tommorrow until
Tuesday for the clinic
work at the shop
painting

started a painting here at
home Im on my way here
with this new thing now

just articulation
of the creative
situation

mmmm fresh white bread

from the bakery
sweet and soft
margarine spread

no wonder im fat

isnt it a wonder
