work and a movie

seven thirty five pm

tired
painted last night
slept restlessly
but i live in a beautiful
apartment
quiet
a nice job
a good girl who loves me
some money still left over

i was doing a lot of bending
and sanding foot casts today
like fourteen and i have to
hold them they are not the whole
foot just goes up past the tops
of the toes and then its flat
from pouring plaster in the
mould but i have to hold onto
them with my left arm and sand
away with my right turn them
adjust them to see if im getting
them smooth without distorting
the actual shape of the foot
by removing too much plaster
etc But i realized i am bent
over doing this and standing
no chairs required too busy
moving around in there

so im just now noticing my
neck is sore and stiff when
i get home so i just lay out
on the floor and play with the
cats until my stiffness is
not so much

i get to sit with the gang and
talk and laugh and listen
and tell stories too its fun
its a nice place to work
everyone supportive everyone
equal treated with respect

all the other places i worked
where people bitched at one
another and the sled dog
mentality that works for some
places but not every place has
to have that

(I read a lot of books about
sled dogs and sled dog races)

anyway must go now and watch
a movie with my honey
Borat
