"its nothing go back to sleep
its just the storm driving
rain upon the window"

pull the quilt higher
and fall back to bed
breath slowing

flashs on the far hills
and a minute later the
grumble of weather

the trundle of raindrops
on the roof
and hissing on the lawns

how far have i come now
from where i was

so much farther yet to go
to clear my soul

i have my worries
my purpose here

this quest of life
