falling rain

cold mists

gloriously normal
fall day

leaves are few
still clinging
orange and fiery
against the mauve
and greys

the livid red brickwork
of the turn of the century
homes and the modern
hues and repaints

green lawns and
greenish dark lake

grey pavement full
of rain and reflecting
the sky in its sheen

breath taking

must go
gotta get to clinic
for meds
been off for awhile
climbing walls
mind a firestorm
or desert calm
oasis of distance

normal otherwise..
