new view

moving in a month
we are looking at a place Wednesday
its a nice place new carpet
used to be offices etc
old windows but in winter we can get
that stretchy plastic clear to cover
them right off a main street
right on the bus stop and basically
right almost downtown
so its close to our therapists and counsellors and AA meetings and NA meetings step out of the building
and the sidewalk is right there

I am looking forward to moving
SIx years I lived with a woman and
she was a mighty one at that
Kelly K and her family Her mother
Shirley K and siblings and father
off doing his own thing somewhere
but I moved so many times in winter
in spring in summer in and out of
moving storage units and a lot of
stuff tons of stuff

we do not have half the stuff Kelly
had that I moved we will get it packed
up and then call a moving company when
we find a place I am certian we
shall find someplace to call home
in the meantime our daughters are coming
for visits
we have a fridge full of food for them
movies from the library to watch
and books to read

wherever we get settled and make a home
I want to get some oil paints and brushs and start to do scenes of the waterfront
the sunsets the moods of the lakes
but that will be much later
anyway that is my day so far
I feel anxious still after that encounter with the two dudes but
thats cool
its summer and dogs even snap at
one another at times
just man stuff
hah
