Loris Nails

just watched Arabian Knights
from Siouxsie and the Banshees

UTUBE videos siouxsie and the banshees

this is a Windows XP machine with
high speed its so fast

almost time to get back to work
now fifteen minutes to go
people going about the shop from
the canteen and outside for
smokes etc shaking hands and
wishing everyone a happy new year

top story for North Bay was the
big wind storm in July
we were still at the old apartment
and Lori was taking a shower when
the storm hit

lightening and wind and i went
out the back door and watched it
hit the back door was protected
by a roof over the stairs and
the rain was blowing away from
the building back there
the front was getting the blast
the trees were laying right
over and the sky was so black
the wind howled in the wires
and it kept up for quite awhile
i hadnt seen anything like it
in quite some time I thought
there may have been a tornado
somewhere touch down it was
that violent a storm

and it was violent lots of
trees came down poles broke off
and the hydro was out that
time for days all you could
hear for days afterwords and
weeks was the sound of chainsaws

but that was the top story
second place was the police
finding the two bodies of a
couple that dissappeared way
back in 1954 on Trout Lake
side sonar scanner found
their boat in eighty feet of
water The police took photos
and videos and released the
photos of the boat to the
paper and the video to the
local news channel on the
computer the motor was still
shiny in spots where the chrome
was the skeletons were inside
the boat they left the boat
on the bottom after thinking
about bringing it to the surface
to see what caused the sinking

ten minutes to go

Lori left after I sat on the other
computer the next work table over
i went out after listening to the
video and asked if she wanted to
go on the next few minutes but she
said she will wait until she gets
home and can close the computer
door hmm what secrecy is this??
although she asks me what i am
hiding by changing my password
on my hotmail account

not much going on in my life
except the usual

read in the paper about the
candles on the street and the
tradition started back in 1994
when someone saw this in the
country and decided to bring it
to the street and eventually
everyone up along the street
started to put out the candles
and now other streets have
followed this year
somewhere in the one thousand
and some odd mark candles were
burning on Christmas Eve
on the street

well i guess its back to the
flowers they are taking time
because they are shrunk down
from the original painting in
the book to fit on the small
lid of the mailbox the photo
in the box is actually a foot
board of a bed so its huge
and i have to make it so small
so its time consuming but it
looks good so far

love that sunshine its on
the carpet beside me glowing
away clear skies

Lori is painting her signs
that she is so good at
she painted her long natural
nails for Christmas
they are like just over the
nail lenght long I dont know
how she grows them that long
and she dyed her hair that
plum red colour
she looks good

never met anyone so stubborn
though or independent

BUT you know this Lori

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

gotta go its back to work
the music blasting away
dear lord
help me endure it
