Sunday night
after nine
television sounds
from the living room
office dark
winter outside

downstairs music
plays up through floor
everyones mellow
on the holiday

deleted and will be
deleting my diary
back

my favourite was 2005

leaving poems and other
interesting entries
though as i back through
the year

nothing is disasterously
wrong just want to go
through my stuff

Job is wonderful of course
very positive
things are moving well
falling into place
so no worry

i had a bad night last
night but took my meds
and fell asleep after
reading some of my book
and woke up at four in
the afternoon

took out garbage cooked
meal did dishes
havent cleaned house
yet but its not a problem
tommorrow or the day after
for sure

went to bed late so didnt
take meds get up early
stay up late forget to take
meds and then because its
cold turkey without them i
crash and its always a big
one BUT back on them again
last night and feel normal
again

will still update as normal
and will keep my diary open
if it was private i would
just write in a little notepad
not here

ha ha
