sic sick sick

maybe i am doing things wrong

not eating in the morning
at all

eat like around five oclock
at night

is this too long to go
i weigh two forty
six two
and i work hard to the
point that i am sweating
sometimes from all the
finicky stuff
mixing dumping
pulling the cloth from
the moulds
etc

walking an hour a day
too drink six cups of
coffee on an empty stomach

i have to lay down
i dont eat salads or take
vitimans
drink milk once in awhile
eat oranges when i have
them

gotta go
