beautific smile

wow

went in search of an AA meeting
and found none
but it was hot and nice out downtown
so i decided to take the long hike
along the trail under the train tracks
to the ball diamond and the waterfront
road bike path beach garden thing
that stretchs along for a mile

talked to two people i knew
and had a great time
walked along the giant stones
hopping here and there like
a big kid it was so relaxing
and there was so many people down
there incredible how i went
from writing that rancid entry
to this peaceful mellow feeling

the lake was so beautiful

amazing
just totally amazing

i feel so much at peace

i should do that more often
complete change of venue

complete attitude reversal
