bo bo on your earth soul

inside behind the blinds
air conditioner rumbling away
gobbling up the energy

the grid swaying and switching
like a living entity

alive but not feeling
coal plants chewing up fossil
fuels

fuel rods lowering
water turbines twisting

wind turbines spinning

soon every family will
actually need a Hummer Sports
truck to just get through
the record snows of winter and
the floods of every other day
the drifting dunes of the
west

then when everything teeters
the web will crash
and we all shall be silent
to anothers ears

just distant memories
and viewpoints from a thousand
points of light
like George Bush talked about
way back before his sibling
got in power

his spawn
his seed
his young 'un

we used to worry up here about
a thing called acid rain

thats a laugh now
with all this smog and glacial
ice works melting away
