stripped afo and foot
arch support casts
swept floor in my room

dug in pipe and filled
pipe redoug out pipe

came home and cleaned
house a bit made bed
washed dishes took out
garbage etc etc

just a growing concern
today

now i am going out
on this overcast Friday

see the town
without the bike
