whats up Doc

snow falling down on the big branches
of the pine outside the window
sitting on the rooftop of the old
two storey twelve twelve pitch
chimney at this end steaming
natural gas vent we have natural
gas and a big assed old boiler

snow covers the ground outside
slush on the street and sidewalk
its cold

work is going very well
things here are good

i am so damned busy writing on
Neopoet that i completely forget
Diaryland

but now Neopoet is not so new to
me anymore so here i am back
on Diaryland

Facebook is just full of add on
and attachment features for the
most mundane things going

and also i have been spending
my time listening to U Tube Videos
like Courtney Love's new song
from her new cd
"Car Crash" which i love
and Bruce Springsteen's
"Radio Nowhere"

and a lot of eighties songs
and covers of them by other
people

i was a late teen catching all
the eighties
like 1984 and further

ive mentioned them before
and here they are again

i love new music too but
these have special meaning
for me I mean god we are only
sixteen and seventeen eighteen
once correct?

and now I am forty three years
ancient

it feels good to be this age
my child is fifteen
i am three years older then my
father was when he adopted
me as a baby of one year old

imagine!! if I should suddenly
have a little newborn baby
an infant By god

but he did it

My daughter is discovering things
like The Rocky Horror Picture Show
which she loves and all the great
old music artists and bands

well today i got paid so we are
going downtown and then to the mall
to buy christmas decorations

Lori had a Jehovahs Witness family
when she was younger so they
didnt celebrate the holidays
and she just loves to celebrate
them now as an older person

we put up our decorations right
away after Halloween and then take
them down in May sometimes

it makes her so happy
im getting into it finally

my heart has grown two sizes
larger

well must get going
havent forgotten about all of you

just havent been here thats all

will try to keep this updated
more often
after all i have been here since
2005!
