first sunny weekend
in months

so beautiful to see
it through the shades

the air if off

everyone is outside

I am still inside
wrapped in dreams
from dreamworlds
still

foggy minded and
wobbly emotions

going to make coffee
and wake up

time to be amongst
the living

all the voices and
faces of the dead
have come to pass
upon awakening

my back is still
wrecked
it will be like this
always in some shape
or manner

must get used to
accepting that
