all in a day

so much the temptation swirls
all bright and addictive

non of it lasting
non of it good for the soul
but empty like a flash
when seeking light in complete
darkness

useless in the long haul
meaningless in the wind of
indecision

and I can hear Satan laughing
I smile even but its not funny

its long been time to put away
these temptous desires

like crack on the brain
visual misinformation
words of empty wisdoms
and anger
the great regret of the soul
