morning

back is bad like never before
trying new meds
and realize Im not taking my
real meds

and slowly slipping into
the other worlds again

whats real what is really real
and what is not quite real
but just could be

but not in this reality

thats the trick part

like the books at the library
just turning up on the book
table like that
not even library books
no markings
and Ibought them anyway
no one said
Heythose are mine
they were just sitting there
like they were meant for
me

Billie Holiday and a poetry book
by someone further west on the
great lakes

i feel hungry but I have no
desire to eat
whats the purpose anyway
I will just use energy to convert
it and probably just go to fat
all Im doing is biking these few
hours per day
or walking into the downtown

sometimes its jsut good to go
hungry once in awhile
and food is so costly

i was so fat for so long
all the photos show it

cant tell if its raining out
yet i hope it is
