for a higher level

sometimes bleak

but today I am not sorrowful
for what I am
but can just today
attempt to be a little bit humble
no half hearted attempts
I shall always be a bit wild
a bit ragged a bit hurt

its beautiful the clarity in the
air and Im grateful to be alive
to have a chance at being the more
human person I once was

its grace that Im still here
and I thank Him for that
