five minutes

no pain killers
feeling my old body
ouch*

weather hot and humid
just precious actually
my old bike creaking around
like me need to lay flat on my
bed watching television
drinking cold water
and sleeping rather then zooming
about all over

Im glad im old that I made it here
not without the lumps and bumps
could have been worse
and was bad enough
emotionally

just keep moving
keep the wind in my hair
