OVER rated

sleep...rest..
and properly medicated
but I vary
pedal to the metal
hit the wall
spin off in the crash
and glide grinding to
a halt..
wondering why
of course
that has no
answer

It is just what it is!

calm..I cant believe
the calmness
when Im on this
and the complete
utter chaos
off

I went off
various reasons
boredom not being
one of them

creative fires?

I knew some writers
and artists who
thrived at that
destructive edge
spinning out once
too often

getting to that
point and coming
back is God's plan
not mine
so I give G
credit for that

meantime

the rush of the
air exchanger

life clunking along
no complaints
in fact the obvious
Im very grateful
to still be
around
I think
dead is pretty
permanent
and boring

no writing
no coffee
no questions

have to go and
help do some
gardening
a very tiny plot
but a lot goes
on in that
flowers by the
way

the fall
and the summer
always bring the
various things
we put in there
arrive at different
times
so its always
a transformation
of color and
interest

last season the
chipmunks ate
most of the
prospect of interest
always something

anyway its very cool
today and a slight
breeze..
clouds..probably
going to rain
so thats good
Nice to listen
too while sleeping
or trying too
