Krikettes

rained
thunder rolled
pouring down
heavily

the power stayed on
flickered a few times
but kept going
just like us

finished almost painting
the Santa Claus craft
started this angel thing
its a doozy
crazy wooden patterns
I am supposed to figure
out where the lines will
go for emphasis
however I like a challenge
and this is one left for
Monday to come

Fall is arriving slowly
the leaves are changing
birds heading south
crickets singing in the
grass
