domestic exercise

just got back from the grocery
store
took a shitload amount of
groceries up the stairs
and of course i dont just take
a bag or two

i grab as much as i can and
go wobbling up to the second
floor well its third but the
landing to the outer world
is on the second
split level kind of

anyway i am just sweating like
crazy heart beating away
feel crazy doing it that way
practically running up and down
the stairs

the cab was a Pontiac Supercharged
black sports car well four doors

anyway i have to go and put all
this stuff away

but i got my snack Bugles
my fave and a three dollar blue black
ink pen for doodling or writing

well its going to storm maybe
dark out lots of humidity
was sunny earlier in the day
with those streaks of sunlight
from the clouds to the landscape
below

we have the air conditioner on
now see how long it takes to
cool the place down

well gotta go take care of
our monthly shopping expedition
