Today was a good day

only worked a few hours
cleaned up room well
sanded arch supports
dumped garbage
put fresh plaster into
pail

cleaned outside
swept driveway of stones
at the road

went home early

nothing to do
i worked hard yesterday
got that all done

here inside is all clean
too mostly

put my face on Facebook too
and have three freinds
all women of course

things going well

payday Thursday

learning more about my
FA-18 Korea Demo game
its very relaxing
and i just turn it to
night and its got stars
and the full moon or not

i love this little ceramic
watermill with the waterwheel
it burbles away on the
table beside the couch

was at the clinic again for
this damned back More Tylenol
3's with ant inflammatory

took my blood pressure on the
automatic machine at the drug
store

DIASTOLIC 090
PULSE 076

and this was after i had been
sitting for about an hour waiting
to get into the packed office

anything over ninety is high
in the middle range

i have high blood pressure
but i know this

i think its biofeedback time
or medications

i see the Physician soon
the pain pills helped

the doc i saw today says there
really isnt much they can do

i have been there lately
not from work related back stress
but from moving stuff or just
riding the bike one day

its manageable though still

Well i have to get going now
