tea and twenty speeds

take meds anti seize anti pychotic
anti NOT sleep alcohol NOT drink
pain killers muscle relaxants
anti inflammatory

the colourful morning ritual

like colours of a bright sunrise
the moods while birds sing
and traffic picks up
people jog past on my bike when
I get going

havent had that coffee/tea yet
havent had the pain killers yet
so I forget the pain of everything
the back living yesterday tommorrow

Listening to PATTI SMITHS version
of TEEN SPIRIT by Nirvana
and its so fitting today in
this mood

"with the lights out its less
dangerous"

gotta go and make that tea
now

and get out for a run on the bike
will tell you about it later
