why do I covet your feet
why the attraction
I find you entirely beautiful

and yet from early on
the feet represent luxury
mobility agility
they are what connects most
to the ground
they feel when barefoot the
grasses the rain the sand
the textures transmitted
through nerves
they have just as much
connection with our senses
as our hands and are just
as articulated

they are delicate on you
the ankles small
the toes proportioned
the size dimunitive

we decorate in this culture
the feet more then the hands
with shoes socks
anklet chains

colour

there is no great passion
but an interest
I just love the skill in the
creator whom put such articulation
and beauty in us
