overcast calm holiday monday
fall weather
cooler now
we had such heat
the air conditioner rolled
all summer and on high
such was the humidity
cost us a hundred fifty
dollars just the last month
extra

we couldnt have slept without
it everyone else talking
of how they whom did not have
air just tossed all night

backs been on again off again
agony and dull ache wrapped
fingers about lower spine
old age take the pain killers
but they just mask and add
their own dimensions of
thought process There is no
trade off on anything

havent sat in Twiggs lately
it was so flooded with people
lately They have one coffee
flavour I like Yirgachefee
Dark roast I put two brown
sugars and cream so good

reading still "The Torn Dress"
by Ms Godfrey I found it in
the library for sale bin
Canadian Authors are so interesting

must go for coffee here in kitchen
