grueling day

shopping with the girls...
b ut..
loud out there..feeling every sound
and grandiose off the map..
If I was an animal my ears would be
flattened down and my eyes slits
..
the whole bus ride to calm
down

and yet I did..

I have issues.........

but Im getting help ..
